REHAB UPDATE

Hey guys, I hope everyone is having a great day today. I continued the rehabilitation process this morning over at our spring training facility, with today marking four weeks since receiving my surgery. I am feeling better and better each day I show up to the stadium and hopefully will continue to progress leading up to my first game back on the field. Below is a quick video I put together talking about my progress over the past few weeks.

  1. The hand is looking way better! Almost didn't recognize you without the cast on. I think they should have you play some rehab games in Portland...you could totally crush some one-armed bombs over the short left field wall at PGE park

  2. It is looking vaaaantastic, a lot of people at the park know I follow your blog so they've been hounding me at the game about you. I felt all ESPNish by saying, "timetable at this point looks to be June 30th or July 1st."

I don't know how you show such great control and don't just grab a bat and a ball and just go at it. The restraint!!!
